There was also a talk by Rosie McCann, Policy, Communication & Engagement Officer with FWIN, about the newly formed Women’s Regional Consortium, of which FWIN is a member. This was followed by a question and answer session.

Catherine Cooke, Co-ordinator of FWIN, added: “This was another successful event for FWIN and a great chance for us to showcase all the hard work carried out by our organisation.

“As we prepare to celebrate our 20th anniversary it’s great to be able to share the work we have done in the past 20 years and all explain the exciting new projects we have in 2014. We will be celebrating this milestone in style with our INSPIRE 2014 Conference to be held in the Guildhall on March 27th.”

Gerard Deane, Programme Co-ordinator of The Garden of Reflection, said: “We were delighted to be able to host FWIN and give them an opportunity to showcase the excellent work they do for women from all backgrounds.”
