The ladies enjoyed a stop off in Belfast followed by visits to the museum and the gardens. The final stop on the journey was at the White River Hotel in Toomebridge for tea.

Catherine Cooke, FWIN Co-ordinator, said: “FWIN are delighted to be able to take local women on study visits as part of our Summer Splash Programme.

“Not only do these visits tackle social isolation they also encourage women from different backgrounds and different communities to reconnect in a fun and friendly environment.”

This event was funded by Awards For All.
